SCHEDULE OF FEES AT 1ST July 2022

The Current Recommended Fee for Psychological Services set by the Australian Psychological Society is $280 for a 46-60minutes appointment. Our psychologist charges below this rate (please contact us for our current fee schedule). The session fee includes the time your psychologist uses to prepare for your appointment, treatment planning, and feedback with relevant care teams where appropriate.

WorkCover: If your appointments are to be funded by a third party such as WorkCover Queensland or an insurance company, you will need to cover the cost of your appointments until approval of funding has been secured. Please let us know if a third party will be involved in the funding of your treatment prior to your initial session.

CANCELLATION POLICY

We require 48 hours’ notice (or more) to reschedule or cancel a session without you incurring any fees. This allows us to offer the allocated time to another client who may be on a cancellation list, or who may be on a waiting list for an appointment. Cancellations within 24-48 hours will incur an $80 fee. Cancellations with less than 24 hours notice (or non-attendance at a scheduled appointment) will incur a full fee of $240. Our cancellation policy and fees are in place because when appointments are booked, the appointment time is reserved especially for you or your family. To cancel or reschedule an appointment, you may email or call us at any time, even after hours.
