Welcome to Your Wellbeing Psychology – Child Perinatal Adult Psychology clinic in Brisbane. Our developmental psychologist is here with you every step of the way. Your wellbeing and mental strength is our number one priority. 

Our psychologist has special trainings and experiences in perinatal and child mental health. We aim to support you during the perinatal period, parenthood/parenting journey, understanding your children, and coping with emotional distress/dysregulation (anxiety, depression, grief/loss). 

Using empathic, caring, non-judgemental person-centred framework and evidence-based therapeutic approaches, we aim to provide a safe environment to assist you in exploring the vulnerabilities and struggles in different stages of life.

Sabrina Yang is a Brisbane based Developmental Psychologist and Board-Approved Supervisor who has worked with infants, children, perinatal period, parents, and adults in both the public and private sector for more than 10 years. She is passionate in supporting individuals crossed the lifespan to optimise their life and mental wellbeing. She is the founder for Your Wellbeing Psychology - Child Perinatal Adult Psychology Clinic in Brisbane.
